By drawing from different therapeutic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), our sessions are individually tailored to meet your unique needs.
