Resilience Psychology focuses on treating police officers and first responders using evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).

Kanika Dewan is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta with a degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University, focusing on supporting first responders. Her calm and peaceful approach creates a comforting environment where clients can navigate life’s challenges and move towards what matters most.

Resilience Psychology is conveniently located in Airdrie, AB, (within the Heal Psychology clinic), offering a comfortable and calming space designed with your well-being in mind. Can't make it in person?
